Warranty & Repair Returns Policy
Warranty Claims
To ensure efficient processing of warranty repairs, all warranty claims must be declared at the time equipment is returned to MC Repairs.
Any equipment submitted for warranty assessment must be accompanied by:
- A copy of the original sales invoice showing the purchase date
- The serial number of the equipment (where applicable)
This documentation must be provided when the repair request is submitted.
Important
If a warranty claim is not declared at the time of submission, or
if the original proof of purchase is not provided,
the equipment will be processed as a non-warranty repair.
Warranty status cannot be applied retrospectively once:
- Inspection has begun
- Assessment has been completed
- Repair work has commenced
Returning Equipment
When returning equipment for service or repair, please ensure:
- Warranty status is clearly stated
- Supporting documentation is included
- Fault details are provided
This helps avoid delays and ensures the correct repair pathway is followed.
Non-Warranty Repairs
Any equipment received without:
- A declared warranty claim, or
- Valid supporting documentation
will be treated as a chargeable repair in line with MC Repairs’ standard service process.
