FREEPOST Box Service Guidelines

Our FREEPOST Box Service Guidelines.

MC Repairs Ltd offers a FREEPOST service as standard for returning equipment to us for repair.

FREEPOST boxes can be:

Supplied with your orders or repairs

Requested via the MC Repairs website

Alternatively, you may print a FREEPOST label and affix it to your own suitable packaging here.

This service is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and is not tracked. If tracking is required, this must be arranged by the sender independently.

Our Recommendations:

  1. Include our Repairs Order Form.
Please ensure the MC Repairs Repair Form is fully completed and included with your parcel. This should contain accurate practice details, handpiece information, and any preferences regarding parts where applicable.
  2. Ensure proper Decontamination standards are met.
All equipment must be cleaned and sterilised in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines prior to dispatch and placed in an appropriate sterilised pouch.
  3. Packaging Limits
The small FREEPOST repairs box should contain no more than four (4) small handpieces.
Should you need to send multiple handpieces, please contact us on 01253 404 774 to discuss the most suitable method to get your equipment to us.
  4. Internal Protection
Where possible, please add additional internal packaging to prevent movement within the box and reduce the risk of damage during transit.
  5. Sealing & Responsibility
Ensure the parcel is securely sealed and taped, including all edges and seams of the FREEPost Box.
MC Repairs Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to equipment sent via this service.
  6. Posting Advice
Please take your parcel to a Post Office for dispatch. We strongly recommend upgrading to a Signed For or insured service for added peace of mind.
